User Technical Skills (container id=1)

  • Table: glpi_plugin_fields_usertechnicalskills
  • API: GET /apirest.php/PluginFieldsUsertechnicalskill?searchText[items_id]=190
  • Fields: skillsfield, roletitlefield, departmentfield
  • 33 users populated across DTO, IT, SAP/Enterprise, Software/Magentis

Ticket Type (container id=2)

  • Table: glpi_plugin_fields_ticketinfos
  • Field: tickettypefield (dropdown: System Issue, New Project, Cycle Adjustment, Administration)
  • Display condition: Only when category is SAP S4/Hana (id=24) or Mercedes Benz (id=139)

Webhooks

  • #1 (New Ticket): Filter Type=Request, payload includes ticket_id, name, content, type, itilcategories_id
  • #2 (Approved/Rejected): No filter, payload includes validation_id, ticket_id, status
  • #3 (Ticket Updated): Filter Type=Request, payload includes assigned_user_id, assigned_group_id
