Programs

Aftersales 90-Day Program

A 3-pillar onboarding framework with sequential course locking and a probation certificate at Week 12.

Sales 12-Week Program

A 5-pillar program with 4 formal go/no-go readiness gates (Weeks 4 and 12) and Assignment modules for roleplay exercises.

LMS Notes

  • Zoho People LMS does not support xAPI — use SCORM for content packages
  • Connect to Zoho Analytics for custom reporting beyond built-in LMS reports
